Chairman and CEO – Francisco H. Licuanan III
In 1988 Francisco H. Licuanan III became the founding president of Ayala Land Inc. Under his stewardship, the company would go on to become the biggest real estate developer in the Philippines. After leading ALI for nearly two decades, Mr Licuanan now lends his vision and expertise in Philippine real estate to Geo-Estate as its Chairman

New Pacific Resources Management Inc (NPRMI) is a land owner/developer. It acquires and manages land assets and develops them into residential or commercial real estate products. The company currently has nearly Php 2 Billion in land holdings located in Metro Manila, Cavite, and Valenzuela. NPRMI has entered into a management and marketing agreement with Geo Estate Development Corp.

NPRMI is a partnership between Francisco H. Licuanan III and Accra Investment Holdings.
